Hundeakte is a dog diary app for iPhone and Android that keeps your dog's walks, vaccinations, weight, food, stool and wounds in one place. From those entries Hundeakte builds a PDF for the vet visit — right on your device. The app works without an account and offline, shows no ads and contains no tracking. Backup and sync are optional and end-to-end encrypted.

Hundeakte measures duration and distance of every walk and, if you want, records the route — even with the phone in your pocket or the screen locked. On iPhone the walk keeps running on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island.

What is Hundeakte?
Hundeakte is a digital dog diary for iPhone and Android. You record your dog's walks, vaccinations, weight, food, stool and wounds and get a ready-made PDF for the vet visit out of it.
Do I need an account?
No. Add your dog and start. An account is only needed for backup and sync across devices.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Your data lives on your device. Without a connection you only lose map tiles and sync.
Where is my data stored?
Locally on your device first. If you use backup or sync, contents are end-to-end encrypted before upload; the key stays on your devices and is only passed on by QR code.
Can I get my data out again?
Yes, at any time — as a PDF for the vet or as an export.
Which devices does Hundeakte run on?
